Social Responsibility - Demonstrating Our Love
Wan Hai Charity Foundation was approved by Ministry of the Interior on August 8th 2003 and was established on September 3rd of the same year. Its aim is to extend a helping hand to the needy. Since inception, the foundation has undertaken a variety of initiatives, including providing scholarship for primary school students in remote areas, subsidies for low income families, and sponsorship of


  1. Donating second-hand containers for the school plan of the International Association of Christian Care in Africa.
  2. “Wan Hai Education Grant” project encourage disadvantaged students enrolled in maritime schools and colleges to continue their studies.
  3. Wan Hai volunteer team participate the beach clean-up campaign
  4. “Hot-Air Balloon Launch Project ”fulfills the graduation trip dreams of school children from remote townships.
  5. “Shining Love” project support small and medium-sized social welfare units to operate stably to serve disadvantaged targets in the region.
  6. Donating oxygen machine and protective clothing to India public hospitals for Covid-19 fighting.
  7. “Love is Promising Wan Hai Charity Talent Selection Competition for the Disabled” provide show time to performers with disabilities.


Primary objectives of the fund are to provide:
  • Support for children and the physically/mentally disabled.
  • Support for the elderly.
  • Disaster assistance.
  • Support for disadvantaged families, emergency assistance, and scholarship programs in remote primary schools.
  • Assistance as directed by relevant authorities.
  • Other assistance and social welfare, such as medical assistance, donations, or organization of charitable activities.
